My husband and I moved a couple of weeks ago into our cute apartment and we love it! Pat and Elina in the office have been great at familiarizing us with our new environment. Martin, in maintenance has been ready with whatever our needs to get settled. I fell in love with the way the nice sidewalks meander through well-manicured lawns and flowers! We can even have our own raised garden bed for planting if we want. We have met many nice people here and look forward to attending activities in the clubhouse. We are anticipating many great years of living here!

Not a bad experience I just never saw anyone put a finish nail into a piece of rubber base board? Then they came and caulked an area of my cabinet but never said when they would be back to paint the white line of caulking on the cabinet.

Hello Willowridge. My name is Lydia Castaneda. I am overwhelmed by the excellent service! I received a call from Patricia about some vacancies, and Move in Specials. She gave all the information, made an appointment. She made feel that this could happen, for me. This is my first time alone in 20 years. My viewing and application process was with Elina Wilson, she also was great. She gave me a walk through of the unit, showed me around the building, and made feel like I belong, and my new home was right in front of me. She told me the application process was not hard, would only take minutes, and she would assist me, if I needed help. Well she was right! This beautiful apartment, and community is now my new home. All of the building is so new looking, well decorated and maintained. Lastly, I received a bonus move in special, and was given keys, with just a deposit for the rest of the month. I am overwhelmed with kindness and generosity of Willowridge. Special thanks to Patricia, for calling me about the availability, and taking time to meet me, walk me to my new him, and give me keys. She took special care allowing me to come after work, to finish my paperwork. Also honorable mention, to Elina Wilson, your kindness, warm smile and positive energy, made my day, year and just boosted my confidence. You made it happen, for me! So grateful, thank you is not even enough. I commend you, for going the extra mile, with me. Icing on the cake, was after giving me two Move in Specials, I received a third. Wow! My experience with Management and Maintenance has been great! The hard work from them is seen here daily. The upgrades are awesome and is very much appreciated! Property is very clean and very well maintained. The new paint job on the buildings here is so beautiful the pool is awesome and always clean. 😊 The animals even love it here lol….. 🐿️🐕😁🦆🐕‍🦺🦜😂

Even though this was the third time in 2 months, that the hot water mysteriously didn't work, the maintenance crew resolved each time within a reasonable time frame. The third instance it happened, Martin, came by my home to check to make sure that my hot water was working and explained the problem, was able to trouble shoot and solve! Shouldn't happen again! Thanks Martin and your quick response!!!!

I have lived at heritage Park in Livermore for approximately seven years now. Staff is awesome, Maintenance team is on time and thorough. The friends that you make here are precious. After about four years I went to the rescue facility and adopted me a wonderful pet. He also loves it here because he is able to go out and see his friends every day. My pet and I have some wonderful friends here that support me as a 72 almost 73-year-old woman. I just had a experience where I had to go to the ER and my neighbors all gathered around to wish me well and to make sure that I had all the help I needed.

The Property Manager, Angelica is very nice and professional. Her entire staff is always so kind and helpful. Especially her maintenance staff member Martine. They do an amazing job with the entire property. It is always clean and has such an inviting environment. I HIGHLY recommend this property for Seniors.

I am beginning my third year living Heritage Park Livermore for Seniors. Mostly, living in this community has been a positive experience. The maintenance crew maintains the property very well. However, I have a major concern that I am waiting to be addressed. I spoke to maintenance and management about the need for the internal wiring for my cable service needing replacement. I feel the response has been very slow

"Heritage park is very well maintained. The grounds have lawn, trees and a community garden..The swimming pool is heated and always clean. Dogs big and small are welcome." The staff is professional and has an open door policy. The goal is to make you feel like this is your home not just an apartment you are living in. In addition there is a club house for your enjoyment.
