My mother and brother love living at Willowridge. The neighbors are friendly. The design of the property is very nice with sidewalks weaving throughout that provide for easy, enjoyable walks. The swimming pool and hot tub are centrally located and always beckoning for use. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that arise. Fortunately, maintenance issues do not arise often.

I moved to this apartment complex in 2020. The first year or so there was no managers available everyday. And it seemed like there was a new manager every couple months. Then, AMC bought the complex and everything changed. We immediately had a new, responsible manager, Patricia, in the office almost everyday. She makes herself available to her tenants, handling any and all requests or problems that are brought her. Since this is a senior complex, you really need to be a special kind of person to respectfully handle seniors. Patricia does this beautifully. Now we also have Alina, who is a wonderful and helpful manager. The complex itself is quiet and tidy. Any maintenance issues that arise are quickly taken care of by Martine, the lead Maintenance Manager. The tenants are friendly and helpful when needed. From the laundry rooms to the swimming pool-picnic area, there is never a problem and they are always very clean and well maintained. Overall, Willow Ridge Apartments are a great place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing a comfortable and welcoming place to live. A+!

I am an overjoyed new resident! From the moment I entered the community I felt a sense of calm and peace. The leasing manager, Elina, was an absolute pleasure to work with!! My neighbors are so friendly, and resident Mayor Lulu was so helpful! I'm excited to see just what God has in store for me in this season of my life at Willowridge!

My husband and I moved a couple of weeks ago into our cute apartment and we love it! Pat and Elina in the office have been great at familiarizing us with our new environment. Martin, in maintenance has been ready with whatever our needs to get settled. I fell in love with the way the nice sidewalks meander through well-manicured lawns and flowers! We can even have our own raised garden bed for planting if we want. We have met many nice people here and look forward to attending activities in the clubhouse. We are anticipating many great years of living here!

Hello Willowridge. My name is Lydia Castaneda. I am overwhelmed by the excellent service! I received a call from Patricia about some vacancies, and Move in Specials. She gave all the information, made an appointment. She made feel that this could happen, for me. This is my first time alone in 20 years. My viewing and application process was with Elina Wilson, she also was great. She gave me a walk through of the unit, showed me around the building, and made feel like I belong, and my new home was right in front of me. She told me the application process was not hard, would only take minutes, and she would assist me, if I needed help. Well she was right! This beautiful apartment, and community is now my new home. All of the building is so new looking, well decorated and maintained. Lastly, I received a bonus move in special, and was given keys, with just a deposit for the rest of the month. I am overwhelmed with kindness and generosity of Willowridge. Special thanks to Patricia, for calling me about the availability, and taking time to meet me, walk me to my new him, and give me keys. She took special care allowing me to come after work, to finish my paperwork. Also honorable mention, to Elina Wilson, your kindness, warm smile and positive energy, made my day, year and just boosted my confidence. You made it happen, for me! So grateful, thank you is not even enough. I commend you, for going the extra mile, with me. Icing on the cake, was after giving me two Move in Specials, I received a third. Wow!
